Did you know that your pension can also benefit your loved ones if you die whilst a member? That money could make a real difference to them at a difficult and stressful time.
These benefits are paid at the Trustee discretion, so to make sure they know your wishes, it’s really important for you to complete an Expression of Wish form – and keep those details up to date in case your wishes or circumstances change.
If you’re a Dow Services Section member, the simplest way to update your wishes is via the online member portal. Go to portal.hartlinkonline.co.uk/mydowpension to get started.
If you’re a member of the DCL Section, or if you’d prefer to submit a paper form, you can download one from the ‘Document library’ section on www.mydowpension.co.uk and return it to the address shown on the form.
Rothesay will send all DCL Section members an Expression of Wish form to complete as part of their welcome information, due to be issued in early November; details on how to update your details with Rothesay after this will also be included.
