Any other death benefits you may receive which are linked to your employment with one of the Dow Group of companies (e.g. life assurance benefits, GSIPP death benefits) will be dealt with by a separate nomination form. You should contact feuhrtr@dow.com if you are unsure of what is required in relation to such separate benefits.
